Customer's Fault Description
Intermittent issues over the past few months with remote draining batteries even if shower off, which we got round by removing batteries when not using the remote. This issue seems to have ceased and now remote turning on fine but not connecting to shower base unit so will not switch on. No issue with water or water supply so must be something wrong with remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This shower controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting a signal as per normal operation (see testing video), the item was tested randomly over a few hours but no fault could be replicated.
