Customer's Fault Description
The remote battery has been replaced but will not turn on the fire (fire has an electricity supply running correctly) - assume therefore that it is the remote that nots working

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.  The control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
