some buttons not working wires worn near joining controller
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This sofa remote arrived safely and on inspection the cable was found to be damaged and the buttons were poor in conductivity.  The cable was replaced and conductive caps fitted on the buttons.

The facia was found to have been peeled back prior to arrived, this has been re-stuck down (replacement facias are not available as spares but don't effect functionality)
