LG tv remote control Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : LG tv remote control
Customers Fault Description : All buttons working apart from the home button top right of remote (small house icon) so Unable to get into settings and apps which pop up at bottom of screen when using this button.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to transmit on a few buttons. On opening the electronics tested as ok which has led to believe that it is a software issue, the customer is to try to "pair" the remote with the receiver again using instructions found at https://en.tab-tv.com/?p=16721
Failing that replacements for these remotes can be found fairly cheaply on ebay - see here - http://ebay.us/gg6FFy
