Customer's Fault Description
Left two buttons are pressed together to turn on the fire. This no longer works, integral light usually flashes to indicate something is happening. This no longer happens either
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced as spares are not available).
On testing it was found that the buttons were faulty, all four were replaced which restored full functionality.
