Customers Fault Description : The black wire has come off from the battery for the remote controller to work the gas fire
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This heater control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a broken battery lead. A replacement battery lead was fitted and also the yellow LED resoldered which restored full functionality.
