Remote doesn’t work at all. Press any button and nothing lights up, or does any thing to the fire, control was working fine. Hasn’t been damaged at all. Just replaced the 9volt battery. And now doesn’t work at all
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fire remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have faulty buttons.  All four were replaced which restored full functionality.
