Remote is not working at all, all buttons do not work even with new batteries.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This galaxy projector remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. When opened the only components inside are a main IC and the infra red LED. The LED was replaced and then it was found that when tapped the remote would send an erratic signal without any button being pressed. This was due to a faulty IC which isn't available as a spare making a repair not possible.
