Customer's Fault Description
Buttons work but have to press harder on the stop and play button.
Only need the numbers stop play pause buttons..
There is a red power light top left hand corner that shows when the remote is working.
But unless you press hard it doesn't work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This karaoke controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish button response.
On opening there was some contamination over the button array / contacts. This was cleaned up which restored full functionality.
