Magiglo Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Magiglo
Customers Fault Description : Despite new battery, this remote control is not working. Gas fire was serviced in November 2020 and in working order.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation and was working well with out testing receiver.
It is therefore concluded that the issue is most likely with the receiver itself, the customer is requested to check the batteries in the receiver and replace them. When replacing the batteries please note if the terminals in the receiver have any signs of corrosion / battery leakage.
