None of the buttons work, although the LED lights up with every button press
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This IR remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting an infra red signal as per normal operation.  The control was tested over a 3 day period but no fault could be replicated.  It is possible that the issue is with the receiver itself.
