Customer's Fault Description
The remote stopped working after my child dropped it on the floor, it will not repair with main control unit
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was confirmed not to be transmitting a signal.  On opening this was found to be due to the oscillator breaking away from the pcb.  This was reattached and hot melted firmly into placed to prevent further damage.  This restored a full signal.
