This CCTV remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on every button as per normal operation.
The control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
Customer is sending over the receiver to check
The receiver arrived safely and on testing the IR receiver diode it was reading as ok, a component test was carried out but sadly the IR receiver leads into a custom IC which could be the cause of the issue but unfortunately due to lack of service information on the IC a was of testing could not be carried out.
