Led lights up but none of the buttons are working

This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.
A component test was carried out to see if a intermittent issue was present but no fault could be replicated. It is possible that the control needs to be "paired" with the receiver. A set of Duracell batteries has been supplied on return in case a power issue was the issue.
