Customer's Fault Description
Unable to get battery light to show full charge even when replacing with good quality batteries. The wire has broken off the connector and needs fixing, but I do not believe this will resolve the issue of the battery charge. Without a full charge the remote does not work. If you can resolve the charging issue I would be most grateful.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have the usual faulty of a 7133 regulator making the battery indicator show incorrect data.
The regulator was replaced as well as the battery lead which restored full functionality.
