Customer's Fault Description
Remote has completely stopped working. It's been tricky for a while but now nothing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have non responsive / sluggish buttons.
The buttons were replaced which restored partial functionality ut strangely the control would randomly stay illuminated without a button being pressed. This was eventually tracked down to be the main IC at fault, sadly this is not available to us as a spare meaning a repair is not possible.
