Customer's Fault Description
Remote will put flames up and was intermittent to turn down. Changed batteries but still the same.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing it was the remote that was found to be at fault. It would intermittently transmit on the bottom button.
This was found to be due to a a faulty 40khz crystal in the handset. This was replaced which restored full functionality.
No issue was found with the receiver itself.
