Customer's Fault Description
Remote not working. I suspect corrosion on a battery contact spring.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly corroded battery terminal from a battery leak.
When opened the terminal was found to be so badly corroded that it was no longer connected to the PCB.
The terminal was replaced which restored full functionality.
