Customer's Fault Description
Hi Martin as described to you over the phone the remote control for the Paragon one gas fire heater is not responding. I don't see the orange LED flashing. I tried replacing the battery with a new battery and still it didn't worked. Now don't know if the buttons are not working or there is something related to an internal issue.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing some buttons were non responsive and the yellow indicator LED was not illuminating on any button press.
All four buttons were replaced and the LED was resoldered into place (there was cracked solder joints around the LED). Full functionality was restored.
