Customer's Fault Description
The following buttons do not appear to work: Display; Time; Eject; 1-0. Buttons on the line starting 'P.MODE' and below seem to work OK. Many thanks.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Tascam controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have the top 2 rows non functioning. A print test was carried out and full continuity was found. It was led back to the main IC as being the fault. Sadly this IC is not available as a spare meaning a repair is not possible.
