Customer's Fault Description
Not communicating with each other, remote button work ok but no sound unable to switch on or control fire with it. Have replaced batteries on both fire and sender. Have repaired remote, battery connection terminal and did not solve problem, only replace if both units are working
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable in the remote was damaged but functional.
On testing the remote itself had an erroneous battery indicator which was due to a faulty 7133 regulator, this was replaced as well as the battery cable which restored normal functionality to the handset.
No issue could be found with the receiver.
