Customer's Fault Description
Started with the on button which was intermittent - but now the small receiver box doesn’t light up at all even though the hand control shows it is sending the message. I checked batteries on both units but with no luck.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote itself had problematic buttons and also no signal was being emitted.
The buttons and the transducer were replaced in the remote which restored full functionality.
No fault was found with the receiver.
