Customer's Fault Description
When putting new batteries in. Power indicator show battery is dead. I've tried 3 new batteries and all show same dead battery sign on display screen. Due to this the fire cannot be controlled if you do get it started.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be suffering from an erroneous battery indicator fault.  The 7133 regulator was replaced which restored full functionality.
