BSSB Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : BSSB
Customers Fault Description : The remote will no longer charge, despite changing the recharging battery several times. It was making a charge occasionally if I wriggled the cable in the port hole. The charger cable has never seemed to go in the port hole correctly since we first had it, it looks like it needs to push in a bit more.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This TV lift controller arrived safely and on inspection part of the inner charge port was found to be missing (this was found to be lodged within the charge cable provided).
A replacement charge port was fitted and a replacement charge cable supplied.
