Customers Fault Description : Top button not working. No LED light comes on
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non functioning top button. This was found to be due to worn contacts on the button array itself. The pads were etched back which restored full functionality.
