With new battery installed the item is not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to power on from its double power button press.
The battery cable was found to have a break in it that was repaired by the customer (a replacement battery cable was fitted). The dead issue was found to be due to contamination on the facia ribbon cable connector, this was cleaned of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
