Customer's Fault Description
When I try to use the fire today it would not work the batteries were corroding in the holder and on further investigation the black and red wire from the pcb to the batteries has broken away
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the remote was found to be transmitting as per normal.
The receiver battery block was confirmed to be badly corroded and detached from the PCB. A replacement battery block was fitted and also some contamination removed from the main PCB which restored full functionality.
