Somfy Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Somfy

Customers Fault Description : Remote only works intermittently- batteries have been changed so it is not flat battery fault

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Electrically operated projector screen remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting, on opening the oscillator was replaced as it being slightly low in value.  The control was then tested over a 2 day period with no issues being replicated.
