Customer's Fault Description
remote will not operate the preamp, light just flashes on remote continuously
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from the united states and on testing was confirmed to just flash repeatedly, not signal is being emitted on any button press.
A component test was carried out but the issue could not be determined. It was concluded that hte issue is with one of the 3 main IC which sadly are not available as spares making a repair not possible.
THIS ITEM WAS SCRAPPED AS PER OUR TERMS 29TH SEPT 21
A google search was carried out and replacement remotes can be found here (please check with the seller)
