Customer's Fault Description
both have had live batteries attached one works occasionally the other doesn't work at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two controllers arrived safely and on testing one was confirmed to have erratic functions and the other was illuminating but not transmitting a signal.
The erratic one was found to have signs of battery corrosion on the terminals (see image). A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
The other control was found to have a faulty US transducer, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
