Customers Fault Description : WHEN DEPRESSING ON/OFF BUTTON TWICE, REMOTE IS NOT TURNING ON.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not respond from its double power button press.
This was found to be due to a faulty battery cable, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
