Difficulty getting it to power up. Have to press start buttons very hard to activate. Loose connection? Broken connection? Switches off fine.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Caravan motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not respond from its twin power button press.  This was due to worn contacts on the buttons.  Replacement conductive button caps were glued into place which restored full functionality.
