Customers Fault Description : Button needs resoldered maybe the battery wires to resolder
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Legend remote control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was held on with tape, the cover cannot be replaced as they are not available as spares.
On testing the buttons were found to be non functional. When opened on button seemed to have had work on it and sadly the print was broken on 2 of its pins.
All four buttons were replaced, the print reworked and the battery cable replaced which restored full functionality.
