will turn bathroom TV on/off, but no other functions work
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This TV controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on every button press (see testing video).
The control was tested over a 2 day period at random intervals but no issue could be replicated. This has deemed this remote as no fault found and the issue may be with the TV itself.
A Duracell cr2032 has been fitted on return just in case the customer had a faulty battery, the old battery may have had enough power for the one power button press but then died, this is guesswork but by supplying a battery the customer can eliminate this possibility)
