Customer's Fault Description
The remote has been dropped a few times and now isn’t working at all. When I’ve opened it up, it looks like a part has snapped off the end of the black wire that connects to the battery, and the other end of the black wire is loose from the circuit board.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fire controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a broken battery cable. The cable was replaced which restored full functionality.
