Customer's Fault Description
The LED indicator on the sender unit lights in both up (gas increase) mode and down (gas decrease) mode.
The receiver LED only lights in up mode.
The mechanical action of the gas block will operate in the up mode but won't turn down again from the sender/receiver.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fire remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found not to transmit on the down channel.
This was due to a faulty 40khz crystal in the remote itself, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
No problem was found with the receiver.
