Customer's Fault Description
All buttons are working, New battery fitted in both handset and gas fire handset will not operate the fire control- fire will work if I turn the knob by hand
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gas Fire - Focal point - Blenheim remote control arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting a signal.

This was due to a faulty Ultrasonic transducer, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
