Remote Fixer Repair Response
This chair controller arrived safely and on inspection the facia was missing and 2 of the buttons were ripped out of the control from a previous opening attempt prior to arrival with us. Sadly the button array cannot be repaired with such damage as a new button array would need to be fitted which are not available as spares.
After talking with the customer an attempt was made to reattach the buttons and to add new conductive pads, this was done. The customer is to test the control fully on receipt. The buttons dont have the "springyness" of the original buttons but should work with a small amount of pressure.
