Customer's Fault Description
Background light stayed an then when it went off the remote stopped working.<br /> Changed batteries and it is still not operating.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Denon remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was found to be due to a impacted "Light" button which was shorted out.

The button was replaced which restored full functionality.  Please note that and battery that was inserted previously when the button was shorted may be drained.
