Intermittent display - when display is on all the buttons appear to work. Used new batteries, but now the unit is dead.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Velux remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.  This was due to a fault whereby a capacitor falls off the PCB.  The capacitor was replaced and full solid functionality was restored.
