Customer's Fault Description
No signal from remote, tested with phone, all 3 buttons not responding
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two Velux infra red remotes arrived safely from Northern Ireland and on testing both were confirmed dead. The issue with both was found to be due to faulty oscillators. The oscillators were replaced which restored full functionality.
The battery terminals were also replaced as there was signs of battery leaks.
