Customers Fault Description : The spring thing for the 2nd battery is missing, hope you have one that will get it working.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a missing battery terminal.  A replacement terminal was created and fitted which restored full functionality.
