Customer's Fault Description
All remote has stopped working, was temperamental but has stopped working totally. Changed and checked batteries and showing 1.5v each, remote usually lights up when button is pressed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening there was some corrosion on the PCB / Terminal contact which was causing a power resistance (see image). The terminal PCB contact point were etched clean which restored stable functionality.
