Customer's Fault Description
Battery acid had leaked into the circuit board
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection had damaged print at the battery input point of the PCB. The print was reworked and a replacement battery cable fitted which restored partial functionality.
It was then found that the buttons were sluggish / non responsive. All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
