Customer's Fault Description
Bottom left hand button (leg riser) not working at all the other buttons seem to be ok.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This chair controller arrived safely and on inspection there was a split in the outer sheath of the cable (see image). The cable was tested for continuity and no breaks were found. The split was reworked and a sheath glued into place to prevent further splitting.
The button contacts were found to be poor in conductivity, replacement conductive caps were fitted on each button.
