Customer's Fault Description
Buttons on the remote seem to be intermittent and have to press hard to get to work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the case was apart and held together with tape.
The center screw placement was broken away from the case (see image).
On testing the bottom 4 button contacts were found to be worn and high in resistance. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place.
