The remote does not seem to work, occasionally a light on the remote will work, but it doesn't seem to connect to the extractor fan. Thank you!
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Extractor fan controller arrived safely and on inspection the PCB was loose within the control meaning that the buttons were not always in the correct position to activate.
The PCB was glued firmly into place which then restored full functionality to all buttons.
