Customer's Fault Description
Battery compartment fell open and batteries came out , now replaced but zero power in the handset
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on adding batteries the remote would power on but the screen was totally blank (just illuminated all white)
This was due to the ribbon connector for the screen coming loose. This was seated firmly back into place which restored full functionality.
