Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Bose remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on most buttons.

On opening there was a large amount of contamination over various parts of the PCB (see image).

This was all cleaned up and full functionality was restored to all buttons. 

The signal was tested to be correct at 40Mhz but it did seem to be a little weak, this is unknown if it would effect daily functionality so the customer is to check the remote out on return.
