Customer's Fault Description
this remote was working well last summer been idle since september now it wont synchrois wiyh my mover.green light on handset does not come on which stops it connecting
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was broken but when tested the remote would power up as normal.
The customer was called up to query the fault description and as the call was in progress the fault actually showed itself. The remote would randomly not turn on.
The battery cable was replaced and also the power switch contacts were cleaned.
No further fault could be replicated after a 3 hour test.
